SETTLEMENT OF BILL
All registered hotel guests are required to provide a valid credit card for room reservations. We accept Visa and Mastercard. Personal cheques are not accepted.

SMOKING POLICY
The Utse is a 100% smoke – free Hotel. All indoor areas of the hotel, including hotel rooms are non smoking – absolutely no exceptions. A smoking fine will be processed against your room bill should we detect traces of smoking in your room after check out.

THEFT & DAMAGES
Please note that guests are responsible for all damages to the room, its contents and the theft of any items from the rooms caused by them, their friend or any person for whom they are responsible. All such damages and/or missing items will be charged to the account of the guest, or pursuant to the Law.Luggage and personal goods of the guest will be held as a lien against outstanding charges- including those for accommodation, damages and/or missing items and to detain the same and sell or auction such property at any time after the day of departure without reference to the party and appropriate the net sale proceeds towards the amount due from guest.

VISITOR BELONGINGS
Guests are requested to lock the door of their room when going out or when going to bed. For the convenience of the guests, safe deposit lockers are available in the room. The management will not in any way be responsible for any loss and/or damage to the guests belongings or any other property from either the hotel room or lockers or any otherpart of the hotel due to any cause whatsoever including theft or pilferage.

MANAGEMENT’S RIGHT
The management reserves for itself the absolute right of admission to any person into the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his or her room at any moment without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. The guest shall be bound to vacate when requested to do so. In case of default the management will be entitled to remove the luggage and belongings of the guest from the room occupied by the guest, and lock the room.

RELATION BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND VISITORS
Nothing herein above shall constitute or be deemed to constitute any tenancy, sub – tenancy or right of tenancy or any right or interest in the hotel premises or any part of portion thereof in favour of any guest or resident or visitor and the company shall always be deemed to be full and absolute possession and control of the premises.

VISITORS
Visitors are not allowed in the guest room after 10pm

HAZARDOUS GOODS
Storing of cinema films, raw or exposed or any other articles of a combustive or hazardous nature in residential rooms or left luggage room is strictly prohibited.

GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS
Guests are requested to observe the Government rules and regulations in force from time to time in respect of registration, alcoholic drinks, firearms etc.

AMENDEMENT RULES
The management reserves the right to add to alter or amend any of the above terms conditions and rules.
