It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3. Hop into a car, auto rickshaw or cab and head North from MG road towards Commercial Street, travel straight on Kamaraj road. The Utse is at 73 Kamaraj Road. It’s less than half a kilometre from Commercial Street. If you come by an auto rickshaw from MG Road you take a slight detour as autos are not permitted on Commercial Street.

Where can I park my ride?
Conveniently, there is an oudoor + indoor Parking lot for both our hotel and restaurant guests. Space is limited, so give us a shout at: sales@utsesuites.com. If you are a hotel guest and wish to park your car for the duration of your stay; then we would suggest that you give us advance notice so that we can ensure a spot for your car.
What time can I check in?
We’re more than happy to check you in anytime after 12 Noon. Check out time is at 11AM, which gives you time to enjoy breakfast in our Café
