1How do I get there?
It's as easy as 1, 2, 3. Hop into a car, auto rickshaw or cab and head North from MG road towards Commercial Street, travel straight on Kamaraj road. The Utse is at 73 Kamaraj Road. It’s less than half a kilometre from Commercial Street. If you come by an auto rickshaw from MG Road you take a slight detour as autos are not permitted on Commercial Street.
2Where can I park my ride?
Conveniently, there is an oudoor + indoor Parking lot for both our hotel and restaurant guests. Space is limited, so give us a shout at: firstname.lastname@example.org. If you are a hotel guest and wish to park your car for the duration of your stay; then we would suggest that you give us advance notice so that we can ensure a spot for your car.
3What time can I check in?
We’re more than happy to check you in anytime after 12 Noon. Check out time is at 11AM, which gives you time to enjoy breakfast in our Café

4What can I expect on Kamaraj Road?
The hustle, bustle and eclectic nature of The Old City district in Bangalore Commercial street and Shivajinagar – The Oldest market place in Bangalore also known as Blackpally. Artists, shopkeepers, diverse neighbors, lively collection of boutiques, galleries, parks, restaurants and Ulsoor lake, which we truly think represents a cultural melting pot.
Our eclectic neighbourhood plays host to a St. Mary's Basilica a Roman Catholic Church. It is among the oldest churches in Bangalore and is first church in the state basilica has been built in the Gothic style with arches, ornamental motifs and stained glass windows.
Our Hood is home to a glittering array of temples, buildings and ancient architecture, representing the cultural and historical Centre of the old city. For anyone interested in the history and origins of this bustling city, a visit to the temples is a must.

We have a zero tolerance policy for violence and harassment on our properties, for both our staff and our patrons. Our policies to ensure guest and employee safety include: extensive staff training at time of hiring, regularly refreshing and updating training throughout staff tenure.
Our security systems are tested and upgraded on a regular basis and include comprehensive video camera technology installed throughout all of our public spaces.
